Activities

Capability Scotland provides a range of activity services which support disabled children and young people to pursue their hobbies and interests and make choices about how they want to spend their leisure time.

We also work with mainstream service providers to help them make sure their facilities are accessible to all children and young people.

Our activites' services provide support in the following ways:

  • Guidance for mainstream social and leisure services to help them develop facilities that can be accessed by children and young people with additional support needs
  • Direct support that enables children and young people to take part in social and leisure activities in their local communities
  • Our own activities' services for example our adapted chalet in Dalraddy Holiday Park, Aviemore

We offer the following Activities' Services for children and young people

  • Active Futures Edinburgh
  • Active Futures West Lothian
  • Edinburgh Childcare 4 All, Edinburgh
  • Play and Activity Schemes
  • Dalraddy Chalet, Aviemore
  • Childcare_4 All, Aberdeenshire.  For a full list of equipment and resources click here.
  • All Together Now, Perth & Kinross
