Involving our Customers

Understanding the ambitions and aspirations of our Customers is fundamental to our work. It helps us both improve the care, support and education we offer and ensures our Customers can make informed choices about the things that really matter to them.

Below you can find out about just some of the ways in which we support the people that use our services to have their say, and for those views to  influence decision making, not only on a personal level but at a organisation level too.
