As well as this we expect you to come with excellent communication skills and you should be confident and willing to work both unsupervised, as well as within a team.

Ideally you will hold a care related SVQ level 2 or have the ability and willingness to achieve this within a given timescale. Proven work experience in a care setting would be an advantage along with the ability to demonstrate a commitment to the values associated with the delivery of high quality services to the Service User.
