Day Services
Capability Scotland provides a range of day services for disabled adults. Our services have a community focus and offer individuals support with accessing social, education and employment opportunities.
Our support packages are designed specifically to meet service users' personal development needs as much as their care needs.
Our support is very flexible but there is particular emphasis on:
-
Education - supporting service users to attend their local colleges or take part in courses or classes held in our services
-
Health - we work with other agencies to integrate our services for those with complex needs. Some of our services enable service users to access different types of therapy
-
Employment and Volunteering - we support service users to develop job - seeking skills and help them acquire specific skills they might need in the workplace
-
Leisure and Social Activities - we encourage and support clients to access local facilities and resources as much as possible
