Haddington mum, Naomi Benton, uses the East Lothian’s Local Area Co-ordination service. Recently Naomi had a garden makeover thanks to a partnership between Capability Scotland and NB Real estate. The transformation means Naomi’s two children can now play safely in the garden.
Capability’s Local Area Co-ordination Service supports disabled people of all ages in the Haddington Area to access the independent advice and resources that they need in any area of their life. The service aims to increase choice and overcome the challenges that can be experienced by disabled people in their everyday life.
