Capability Scotland is committed to protecting your privacy, whether you are a first time visitor to our website or a regular user.  Any personal data we collect through this website will be treated as confidential in line with the principles of good commercial practice and applicable law.

We may collect information about you (such as your name and e-mail address) in order to respond to queries and provide you with up-to-date information from Capability Scotland.  (We may provide your personal information to organisations directly involved in the update and/or maintenance of the website, including our website designers and technical consultants.
