What are mystery shoppers?
Capability Scotland has set up a panel of mystery shoppers to help us with our research. Mystery shoppers are disabled people who help us test access across a range of services. Town centres, visitor attractions, post offices, banks, high street stores are just a few of the services that have already been scrutinised by people with a range of disabilities.
How can I get involved?
We want to recruit as many disabled people as possible to our mystery shopper panel. There are usually two mystery shopper surveys per year and all shoppers will be offered training and support. We provide expenses to cover any costs involved in the mystery shop so that you won't be out of pocket.
