From once-in-a-lifetime challenges to office-lunch-hour events, there are so many ways to raise money for Capability Scotland, and have fun at the same time.
By taking part in a fundraising event- be it big or small - you
can have fun, get fit or even achieve a lifetime ambition, at the
same time as supporting disabled people across Scotland.

If you don't fancy any of our organised events then why not
arrange your own? It doesn't have to be big, or take up much
time.

Forth Rail Bridge Abseils
Dates: 19th May 2013 and
27th October 2013
Location: The Hawes Inn, South Queensferry
Description: 165ft free-fall (sas-style) abseil - Scotland's
biggest abseil from Scotland's most iconic structure.
Dundee University Tower Abseil
Date: 24th August 2013
Location: Dundee University Tower, Dundee
Description: 140ft abseil down this iconic building. Amazing
views at the top.
RoadBlock Run
Date: 22nd September 2013
Location: Holyrood Park, Edinburgh
Description: 10k run with a twist - there are fun obstacles for
participants to jump, slide, crawl and laugh their way over.
Participants can run as an individual or as a team of three. Fancy
dress is encouraged!
Join us for some Christmas shopping at Crabtree and

4 Hanover Street, Edinburgh
Monday 4th November
6.30 - 8.30 pm
Tickets are £10 with a guaranteed gift goody bag to take
home.
A percentage of all sales made on the night will come to
Capability Scotland as well as the proceeds of the raffle
(guaranteed to be £100 of goods!)
