Rooms for Hire
Capability Scotland Head Office is only 10 minutes from Central Edinburgh. There are three ground floor meeting rooms available for hire, all of which look on to beautiful mature gardens.
The Board Room, the Training Room and the Westerlea Room all provide comfortable and professional surroundings to suit every business meeting requirement. We can cater for meetings, seminars and training for up to 35 delegates.
We also have facilities available to hold special events for up to 200 guests in a marquee.
The Board Room
This spacious room can accommodate up to 35 delegates. This room also benefits from direct access to the garden.
The Training Room
This bright room can accommodate up to 16 people. The Training Room also has direct access to the garden.
The Westerlea Room
The Westerlea Room can accommodate up to 12 delegates. This room is ideal for interviews or smaller meetings.
Daily Delegate Rates
These daily rates include the hire of a meeting room as well as tea, coffee, and biscuits throughout the day. These rates also include the use of flipcharts and a multimedia projector. A buffet lunch is included in the full day rate.
Full day – £28.00 per delegate
Half day - £15.00 per delegate

The Head Office building, including the three meeting rooms are all fully accessible and include an induction loop system.
Events
We can also accommodate up to 200 people in a marquee within our beautiful grounds.
