Accessible Facilities Hire

Our accessible venue facilities are exceptional, offering flexible spaces to cater for almost any occasion, including conferences, meetings and receptions. Our highly trained staff are always on hand to provide the highest standard of service. We also offer many other features, such as in-house Audio Visual staff, modern equipment for your presentations and a variety of refreshment options. On street parking is available.

Accessible Meeting Rooms
We have five bright and airy rooms, all benefiting from natural light. Mixing style with practicality, the rooms are suitable for variety of events, including:

• Breakfast meetings and seminars
• Training
• Conferences
• Recruitment and interviewing
• Launches and receptions

We currently have four rooms at Capability's Head Office in Murrayfield,  Edinburgh that can accommodate up to 40 people. We also have a meeting room near Dunfermline, Fife that can accommodate up to 30 people depending on your desired layout.

Theatre
At Capability's Upper Springland service in Perth we have a fully equipped and accessible theatre that can seat up to 80 people. The theatre can also be used for a range of other events such as meetings and exercise classes.

Catering
Our specially selected caterers offer a range of freshly prepared food that can be tailored to dietary, health or religious requirements. We can also discuss your refreshment needs, including tea,  coffee and soft drinks. So, whether it is a breakfast meeting, a working lunch or a canapé reception, you can be assured of top quality refreshments to accompany it.
