Support for independent living/ day care

Living a good and full life involves many things, from moving into and enjoying your own home to having your days and nights filled with the activities which you enjoy and which are fulfilling and meaningful to you.

That's why Capability offers a wide range of support from helping you to move into and manage your own home as independently as you can, to supporting you to access activities and/ or employment in your local community. All of this work is delivered by highly trained staff who as well as understanding your complex care needs will understand how  daunting it can be for you and your family  as you step out into a more independent life.

"I have been on different training courses since coming here like the Job Club, First Aid, Telephone Techniques and the Financial Awareness Programme. I go out in the community to attend football and to play snooker."
