Support for independent living/ day care
Living a good and full life involves many things, from moving
into and enjoying your own home to having your days and nights
filled with the activities which you enjoy and which are fulfilling
and meaningful to you.
"I have been on different training courses since coming
here like the Job Club, First Aid, Telephone Techniques and the
Financial Awareness Programme. I go out in the community to attend
football and to play snooker."

That's why Capability offers a wide range of support from
helping you to move into and manage your own home as independently
as you can, to supporting you to access activities and/ or

by highly trained staff who as well as understanding your complex
care needs will understand how daunting it can be for you and
your family as you step out into a more independent life.
Our services include Employment Services to help you to prepare
for work and find and maintain employment; Community Living Support
to access activities which you find rewarding and fulfilling in
your community and support to find, equip, move into and/ or to
maintain your own home as independently as you can.
"Enjoyed my time at Capability Scotland. Staff been
