Updating your existing Will

If you already have a Will and want to update it, the simplest way to do this is to add a Codicil.  This is like a ps. (postscript) to your will.

Adding a Codicil is fairly straightforward and we have put together a Codicil request form to help make things even easier. However, you may also still wish to talk to your solicitor.
