About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed individual to work closely with service management to help them get the best out of their teams and address people issues in a timely and proactive manner.

The Human Resources department is a key strategic partner which aims to support managers to ensure the smooth running of our services. As part of the team the successful applicant will have the opportunity to make a real difference.

What will you do?

  • Equip managers with the tools to deliver and ensure follow through to ensure business objectives are met
  • Ensure good practice is shared and work performance issues addressed promptly
  • Enable managers to maximise opportunities for improvement and development
  • Look for trends and take appropriate action to address root causes
  • Proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
