We are currently looking to recruit 10 Relief Support Workers to work as part of our team to provide a safe, caring environment for vulnerable adults. You will be required to undertake a key working role and assist the Team Leader to maximise customer outcomes.

The role involves a degree of physical activity, which includes pushing wheelchairs and providing physical support to our customers including personal care (intimate care).  The role will also involve health related practices including mealtime assistance and administration of medication where required.

You must be able and willing to work flexible shifts, which include weekends.

Key Requirements

  • Experience of working in a similar role and environment
  • Willingness to undertake any personal development opportunities.
  • A care related SVQ Level 3 (or the willingness to gain this qualification in a given timescale).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
  • Able and willing to work flexible shifts including weekends.
