We are currently recruiting for Community Living Assistants for various contracts, including full time, part time and relief, for our Fife Supported Living Service. Fife Supported Living Service is a care at home service that supports people with varying disabilities throughout Fife including Kirkcaldy, Dunfermline and Methil.

The aim of the service is to support individuals to live life as they choose. Each care package is unique and designed to meet the needs and goals of the customer. As a Community Living Assistant you will support customers to live their life and achieve their full potential.

Support provided by Community Living Assistants involves supporting customers with all aspects of their daily life including personal care and administering medication. Full training and support is provided to all new employees.

  • A willingness to undertake personal development including studying towards care related SVQ
  • Full Driving Licence (we will consider alternative arrangements that achieve the same outcomes for candidates that have a disability that prevents them from having a driving licence). This role involves working in the community so a driving licence makes it easier however we will consider individuals without a licence who can demonstrate other ways of getting around.
