Have Your Say

Since it's introduction in 2007, the Have Your Say form has proved a valuable tool for people that use Capability's services to express views, float ideas, make comments, suggestions or raise concerns at any time.

Adapted from a similar form for staff at Capability, it has been created in a symbolised format, available on paper or electronically, and allows people to raise issues on virtually any topic affecting their lives. They also have the guarantee of a swift response from senior management.

The information received through his channel has an impact on many areas, from the development of new policy investigation areas to the direction of funding steams.
