Dundee ImageAre you looking for a new challenge within care? Our Dundee service is hiring for Community Living Assistants who share our values!

Within Dundee Capability Scotland has a Community Enabling service (Care at Home), Housing Support service and a Day Support service at City Quay through which we support our customers with day to day tasks and to achieve their outcomes.

Working for us no two days will be the same as you work with various customers supporting them to access what they enjoy.

During your shift you might be at the cinema, joining a fun run in the park or enjoying the latest exhibition at the V&A all the while keeping our customers safe and cared for. If you are passionate about assisting others to live full and happy lives, we want to hear from you!

While experience is great, we are really looking for people with the right values. You should have excellent communication skills and be flexible and empathetic. A driver's license and car is advantageous so please let us know if you have these.

In return for your commitment to us you will receive:

  • £9.35 per hour
  • Sleepovers paid at £9.30 per hour (minimum of £70.00 per sleepover)
  • Fully paid comprehensive training
  • Fully funded SVQ and support to achieve your qualification
