About the role

Capability Scotland is seeking an Education Quality Improvement Officer to cover our two Grant-Aided Schools, Stanmore House School in Lanark and Corseford School in Renfrewshire.

The post will report directly to the Director of Services and Development and will support the delivery of national and organisational priorities. This will includes analysing and evaluating both schools progress and performance against targets.

Our ideal candidate will have experience in a promoted post and will be registered with the General Teaching Council. In addition, experience of developing and evaluating curriculums is essential along with an ability to lead and manage change.
