About the role

The Human Resources function supports a diverse range of services across Scotland in a variety of ways including providing advice and guidance on a range of subject areas.

We are looking to recruit an HR Officer to:

  • Provide generalist support to services on a wide range of employment issues
  • Provide administrative support to the department
  • Assist the recruitment process by drafting adverts, descriptions and attending interviews or recruitment fairs
  • Support managers with consultations and formal hearings
  • Process contractual changes and produce associated documentation
  • Produce monthly reports.

What you bring

  • Experience of working in a similar role and environment is desirable
  • Analytical and highly organised, and able to work in a fast-pace environment
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative
  • Excellent communicational and interpersonal skills.
