We are seeking an enthusiastic, energetic and motivated support worker to join our dynamic and supportive multi-disciplinary team providing care, support and education to children and young people within the Stanmore House School campus.

The successful candidate will have:

As a Classroom Care Assistant, you will be a key member of the team, providing:

  • High standards of support to the children and young people.
  • A creative and caring approach
  • Opportunities to build strong relationships with young people, their families and other supporting professionals.
  • Support in the planning of Education, Health and Wellbeing outcomes
  • Encouragement and support to live as independently as possible.
  • Both personal care and participation in activities are key tasks for the role, so energy and initiative is vital

We are looking for 2 Relief Classroom Care Assistants. Experience is not essential, providing you have a willingness to learn and have the compassion and patience needed to support complex children, families and other professionals who support them in their day to day lives.

Please note as driving is required for this role, you will need to hold a valid driving licence in order to be considered.
