Junction 52 is a day service where we support a number of customers on a daily basis to ensure that all health and emotional needs are met. We offer a wide range of therapeutic, educational, and recreational activities including our new digital hub which supports customers by providing access to new technologies such as VR, 3D Printing and immersive technologies with the aim of utilising them for new business.

Your role:

We are currently looking to recruit relief support workers to join our team providing a safe, caring environment for customers with disabilities.  You will also provide personal care, and assist customers with aspects of their general welfare. You will also be required to undertake a key working role and work with the Team Leaders to provide the best possible service.
The role will also involve health related practices including administration of medication.  As travel may be required, a full driving licence is desirable. Capability Scotland is willing to consider alternative arrangements that achieve the same outcomes for those candidates that have a disability which prevents them from having a driving licence.

What we're looking for:

  • We prefer passion over experience as well as new ideas.
  • You should have a willingness to gain an SVQ 3 over your time with us.
  • You will be a people person, who can work well as part of a team and use your own initiative when needed.
  • As you will be supporting our digital hub, you will ideally have excellent general IT skills and be able to confidently support customers with access to technology.
