Rory and Ailsa Telfer from Edinburgh asked their wedding guests to make a donation to Capability Scotland instead of giving presents in memory of Rory's sister, Mirren, who passed away in 2014, aged just 20.

Capability Scotland runs two schools - Stanmore House School in Lanark and Corseford School in Kilbarchan. Both schools offer disabled children and young people excellent learning opportunities as well as access to comprehensive nursing, social care and therapy support.
