About our Service

Fife & Perth Supported Living Services is a housing support/care at home service that support people with varying disabilities and medical conditions. Our aim is to enable people to achieve the level of independence they are looking for and to lead fulfilling lives. Each care package is unique and is designed to meet the specific needs and desires of each customer.

Our work is to offer support to people to live happy, fulfilled and successful lives and this involves giving help with whatever is required to achieve this. We offer a range of support including practical, personal and emotional support to meet a variety of needs.

Do you want to make a real difference to people's lives?

We are currently looking to recruit a number of Community Living Assistants to support customers with tasks associated with day-to-day living. You will be required to provide personal care (including intimate care) and support customers with aspects of their general welfare, manual-handling, and administering medication may be required and training will be provided.

The role will involve lone working. Successful candidates will be willing and able to work a variety of shifts including evenings and weekends. We provide support 7 days a week between 7am and 10pm. We have a number of contracts available and can offer various hours.

Key Requirements

  • Experience of working in a similar role and environment
  • Willingness to undertake any personal development opportunities.
  • A care related SVQ Level 2/3 (or the willingness to gain this qualification in a given timescale).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
  • Full Driving Licence* (we will consider alternative arrangements that achieve the same outcomes for candidates that have a disability that prevents them from having a driving licence)
  • Able and willing to work flexible shifts including nightshifts and weekends.
